RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully as, due to the nature of my items, all jewellery and sculptures are final sales and I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order and contact me at lucie.b@lucie.com.au within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please retain the original packaging for safe return.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wearable art and delicate sculptures

All of my products are made with the greatest of care and from high quality materials. When creating my pieces a variety of unique and complex techniques are used to achieve a beautiful result. Please keep in mind that wearable art is delicate, needs to be treated with care and may be easily damaged over time.

DELIVERY

Unless otherwise stated the buyer is responsible for all postage costs, to be calculated at checkout. All packages will be processed by Sendle which is a tracked service and 100% carbon neutral.

Where items are returned due to faults we will of course issue a full refund for the purchase, including any original postage fees paid.

Processing Time

Most of my items will be dispatched within 1 -5 business days after ordering.

Estimated delivery times

National delivery times vary from 2 to 6 days depending on location and impacts due to Covid-19. International delivery can vary, please check the table below for current estimated delivery times. 

New Zealand: 10-16 business days

Asia Pacific, North America and Western Europe: 10-28 business days

 

Rest of World: 14-30 business days

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please note all import and customs duties and other taxes (if any are applicable in the country in which the items are being sent) will need to be paid by the buyer to their local customs authority or third party delivery agent. Please research your country’s import duties to calculate how much this will be.
